Local volunteer drivers help people facing isolation, poor mental or physical health or financial hardship to reach essential appointments, activities and services. Working with our partners, our volunteers offer tailored journeys and support that reduces anxiety and rebuilds confidence. The project helps tackle loneliness and inequality by removing transport barriers and enabling earlier access to community and wellbeing support.
